Release:

ringing of the hours When the user actuates the bolt or the push rod of his repetition, it acts on the arm of toothed rack (4) which will push the toothed rack with toothed segment (5).

This sector actuates a pinion of toothed rack adjusted on the basis of square of the rocket shaft (1), which makes it possible to arm the spring with the barrel of ringing.

The toothed rack actuates in its rotation the feeler of the hours (7), which is limited in its advance by the snail of the hours (8) to 12 levels.

This cam is fixed on star of the hours at 12 teeth (9) positioned by a saltire and involved each hour.

Under the pinion of toothed rack is adjusted and screwed the ratchet of the hours (11).
It has twelve triangular teeth whose side aims its center. It forms a unit with the pinion and the shaft rocket.

In the hammer of the hours (12) an axis and a stem (13) are screwed.
The axis swivels in the turntable and exceeds side dial.
The higher pivot swivels in the bridge of rocket (15). The stem crosses platinizes it in an oblong hole.

The lifting of the hours (17) is adjusted freely on the axis of the hammer and is pressed on the turntable.
The back part of the lifting is resting against the stem (14).

The hammer is maintained in its home position by the spring (16).

This position determined exactly compared to the stamp is regulated by the counter-spring (19 in green) which is directional.

The lifting (17) of the large hammer is actuated by the teeth of the ratchet of the hours (11).
It raises the hammer until the teeth of the ratchet release the point of the lifting and release the hammer which falls abruptly on the stamp (20) by the effect of its spring.

The number of teeth passing in front of the lifting during release is determined by the advance of the feeler (7) limited by the snail of the hours (8).
